Be Aware of Fraudulent Job Offers

We are aware of fraudulent recruiting activity where individuals pose as representatives, executives or recruiters of Baylor Scott & White Health and its affiliated companies. Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. The fraudsters often request recipients to provide personal information and to make payments as part of their fake recruiting process.

Baylor Scott & White Health does not collect any financial commitment or financial information from candidates as a pre-employment requirement.

How to identify recruitment fraud:

  • Illegitimate Job Postings: All Baylor Scott & White applicants are required to only apply for Baylor Scott & White jobs through where all of our current openings are posted at all times.

  • False Emails: Scammers send fraudulent emails, which do not originate from any of the Baylor Scott & White email domains. We do not use public email platforms such as those available on google, yahoo or hotmail to recruit or communicate with our talent.

  • False Phone Calls: Scammers call asking to conduct a phone interview and request money or personal information in regards to moving forward. Any phone call requesting any payment as part of the hiring process, onboarding or for any equipment is not legitimate.

  • False Interviews: Scammers leverage Yahoo messenger, Google+ Hangouts, Google+ video or Facebook to conduct false interviews and/or false job offers. Baylor Scott & White does not use these public platforms to conduct interviews. We advise candidates to not conduct interviews using these, or any similar, messaging platforms.
